1. Parties and Acceptance
These terms govern the use of the risingmedya.com website (the “Site”) operated by Rising Medya (“we”). By visiting the Site or using its forms and tools, you (the “User”) accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Scope of the Site and Services
The Site introduces our web design, software, mobile app, e-commerce, SEO and digital marketing services, and offers tools such as the price calculator, online booking, free site analysis, contact form and newsletter. A contract for any service is formed only by a separate written agreement or an accepted written quote.
3. Information and Prices
Content on the Site is for general information and may change without notice. Prices shown on the Site, in package pages and in the price calculator are estimates, exclude VAT (KDV), and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding price is given only in a written quote prepared for your project; the scope, price, schedule and payment terms in that quote prevail.
4. Quotes, Bookings, Site Analysis and Forms
When using our forms you must provide accurate and up-to-date information that belongs to you or that you are authorised to share. Booking requests are confirmed only after we reply; please let us know in advance if you cannot attend.
The free site analysis is an automated, informative review of publicly accessible pages of the address you enter; it is not a security audit or guarantee. Only request an analysis for a site you own or are authorised to represent.
Automated, bulk or misleading submissions, spam and attempts to bypass security measures are prohibited; such requests may be rejected or blocked.
5. User Obligations
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and these terms; not to attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to its systems or data, or upload malicious code; and not to infringe the rights of third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, design, logo, graphics, code and other materials) belongs to Rising Medya or is used under licence. Screenshots, logos and trademarks shown in our portfolio and references belong to their respective owners and clients and are shown for reference only.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission. Short quotations with a clear source link are permitted.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media, client websites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or decisions made solely on the basis of its content, estimates or analysis results. Liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law is reserved.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available at all times, but it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site without notice.
10. Personal Data

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Isparta Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
